Pelvic Health Therapy
For current clients who have completed an evaluation with us. This is a 60 minute follow up pelvic health session.
Dry needle only
For returning patients who have completed an eval with us. Please book this for a 30 minute dry needle only session.
Lactation Counseling
A focused visit to talk through your lactation and feeding questions or concerns. If you don’t see a time that works, please text me at 406-647-0749 and I’ll do my best to accommodate you sooner. Free Screen
If you’re struggling with back pain, hip pain, abdominal doming, scar concerns, leaking, postpartum changes and curious about pelvic floor therapy, this screen is for you. You’ll have 15 min of 1:1 with a pelvic health specialist to ask questions and we will check for diastasis recti, core engagement, scar mobility, rib cage mobility, breathing mechanics, and posture. We will give you feedback and recommendations to take with you.
